I love the opportunity to photograph weddings in the Wairarapa and this Martinborough wedding was a real treat! Intimate, wonderful settings, beautiful homemade details galore and most importantly a fantastic couple to work with. The classic truck rebuilt by Jasmine’s Dad served as the perfect wedding car and was probably worthy of a shoot all to itself. Oh, and I almost forgot perfect light for the location shoot as well!

The intimate and very romantic wedding ceremony took place under a beautiful willow tree and the Bride and Groom’s family gathered around to hear some very heartfelt wedding vows. Following lots of congratulations, some group photos and a toast for Jasmine and Alan, the three of us headed out for the Bridal shoot on the banks of the Ruamahanga River just outside Martinborough. As I mentioned, the light for photography was epic and Jasmine and Alan were the perfect models!
